Hi, we’re Olivia and Al—a husband-and-wife team, proud parents of two spirited young daughters, and the heart behind our family-run vacation rental and property management business.

Our Story

Olivia’s journey into hosting began in 2010, when she listed her New York City studio apartment on Airbnb and discovered her love for sharing her space to fund her travels and meeting people from all over the world. With a background in interior design and real estate, she quickly became known for creating welcoming, stylish, and functional spaces, and managing some of New York City's top-rated Airbnb's. 

Al comes from the world of hospitality at its highest level, having worked in some of the most celebrated restaurants and hotels in New York City, Atlantic City, and Miami. Creative, detail-oriented, and endlessly resourceful, Al brings his eye for service and operations to every home we manage and every guest experience we create.

Our Family & Our Mission

Together, we’re raising two wonderful daughters. Our dream is to one day build a retreat for medical families, a space of rest and connection for those walking similar paths to what we experienced with our youngest. To that end, we also run a non-profit that helps medical families with housing costs while their children are in the hospital. Hospitality, for us, isn’t just a business—it’s a way to support, uplift, and build community.

Who We Are Outside of Work

When we’re not working with guests or property owners, you can usually find us in motion: Al out on the rugby field, Olivia riding her cargo bike around town or all of us together in the kitchen—because cooking as a family is one of our favorite ways to connect.
